I just wasted an afternoon waiting for the technician to come to my house who never showed up. What annoys me most is that I got two confirmation emails and a text message confirming the appointment. I set aside my entire afternoon for this and no one called, no one showed up, and no one answered at any of the phone numbers provided. I guess they don’t need my business.
