This business does not communicate very clearly. Apparently I’ve had a bill for $150 for a visit to home that took 7 minutes months ago.. I asked for them to check if an old system worked, no install or any other service. Please listen to the call with the admin to confirm there was no discussion of any service fee or any agreed upon. Happy to discuss in court if necessary… It was never discussed in the conversation with the the admin, I would avoid. I just wasted an afternoon waiting for the technician to come to my house who never showed up. What annoys me most is that I got two confirmation emails and a text message confirming the appointment. I set aside my entire afternoon for this and no one called, no one showed up, and no one answered at any of the phone numbers provided. I guess they don’t need my business.
