I've happily used Precision for the past 4 years for spring/winter opening & closing, to replace all of the pump valves, and also repair several sprinkler heads. The reason for the 3 stars is just after the most recent experience I felt I was being overcharged, and with the lack of consideration in the company's response, I've decided to go elsewhere for my sprinkler services in the future. This review is long overdue. I met with Jim last year to discuss irrigation for our property after we had redone our entire landscape. Worked backwards, but due to the lack of rain last year, an irrigation system is a piece of mind that I needed. I agreed to have him and his crew install our irrigation this Spring. I ordered service to open sprinkler system for the year. The pricing was explained very poorly, a lot of hidden charges, and when I called to get explanation, the woman was very unprofessional, very aggressive, disrespectful and just plain mean. I’ve never been treated like this by customer service. Not sure if she owns the company, she certainly acted so, but she definitely lost a customer.
