I've been a patien her going on 12 years now and from the front office staff, Nurse Practitioners, anesthesiologist to Dr. Borshch this entire team has been nothing short of amazing professionals! I've received tremendous care and attention from day one, which has carried on throught to this day. Culebra Office I would have been a first time client had I completed my visit. My first visit after being referred by my primary care physician for a back injury that I had sustained ended abruptly. I arrived at the front desk as a first time patient and did give my information to the front desk and was greeted with six pages of information because I could not open it online I paid the fee received a cup with the welcoming words could you please give us urine sample bathroom to the right. I have been a longtime patient going on 6 years and I love the staff, PA Ms. Liz. Dr. Yuri Borshch is the best at providing treatments that last. I wouldn't change.
Well The compassion piece and care for the patient has left the building-the atrocities of this new take over of whoever this new Dr and staff is aweful - so many bad experiences in the last 5 months too many to list -,just a mere observation of what I have witnessed - it’s become a business a marketing if you will pushing medication that obviously doesn’t work - it’s become accusatory it’s become so fear based on all levels epic fail so disappointing but that’s what happens - highly recommend following Yuri’s team wherever ... read more
