I had an appointment at 9, and no one showed up. The place looks closed and abandoned. Won’t even answer the phone. How to you confirm an appointment with a customer and not show up. This business doesn’t care to provide, no does it care for your attention. They show no respect to their customers time and efforts.
Not sure if this place is even open anymore. The signs are there, Says they open at 10am. It was 11::06 am and there is a ring doorbell which makes absolutely no noise when you push the button (multiple times). Tried calling. Immediately it tells me that the phone number is not currently taking calls. Either you're open or your not. I guess not.
Horrible customer service called for an inquiry and was greeted by a rude woman who kept cutting me off and hung up on me don’t bother even trying go elsewhere
Showed up at 1pm on a Saturday. There was a nice beemer and a tricked out jeep parked in front. Google and door of the shop said open until 4pm. Door was locked. Nobody answered the ring cam that talks to you. I called the number on the window and no answer no call back. So I left and found a shop in Coachella that WAS open and actually deserves my business. Don’t waste your time going here.
