WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. IF YOU WANT A QUALITY JOB FOR A FAIR PRICE, AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE. SCAMMERS AND CLUELESS. I really hesitated to leave a bad review because I don't want to harm a small business but these guys took advantage of me and did a shocking job on my car. Firstly, they quoted me between 800 to 1600 to fix the body damage at the front end of my car (he said 100/hr for labour) after inspecting it in person and promised to finish it within a week and leave it garaged on their premises. I had my 1984 XE falcon restored with Rick and his co workers they did an exceptional job in rust repairs and panel work and full respray have referred work to him as he went above and beyond my expectations no fault of quality of workmanship or price..since then my XE has won several trophies on just pint and panel alone. Would recommend Rick at precision smash to anyone as I have to several of my own customers
Can’t fault the guy. Straight forward and transparent. As a woman walking into his workshop I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect not only from Rick but his employees too. Prices are fair (trust me, I’ve shopped around!) and I was kept in the loop with every change and cost. THANK YOU Rick and co for taking care of me and my car. You’ve definitely got a repeat customer and I will be telling everyone I know about you!
All i can say is let the haters hate Rick has been our smash repairer for many years wouldn't go anywhere else he's always been very professional he goes above & beyond his work is always on point
