Its been a few years on having my windows installed and they have been amazing! This company is awesome. The salesman at the time was top notch (Bruce?) Would 110% recommend this!
Stop soliciting around people's neighborhoods. I have a huge sign on my door that says "NO SOLICITING" and yet I have had two guys come to our door this week and try to sell me windows. When I pointed to the sign and said we don't want any solicitors, they said "oh that's not what we're doing here". HOW? That's exactly what you are doing. Come up with a better marketing plan than bugging people in their own homes.
I called after my wife tried to get someone to fix our window and was told it wasn't under warranty and I explained that this Crack started form the edge but no something hit it he said I said I sure don't think so. But he said not under warranty. And what gets me just frustrated the most is the fact that they didn't offer to send someone to look at it. Stay away from these scam artists...
It started with the salesman (Steve Foster) who recommended window trim that was not appropriate for my type of stucco. Installer was never on time and job dragged on for seven days, when I was told two at most. Spoke with Scott Novak on numerous occasions about installer and progress, and my concerns for the finished product and was told by (Scott) that the finished product would be great and that he would send me dining out gift cards for the inconvenience, never received them.
