Broken down, out of town on way to work in D.C., PSR was busy but still squeezed me in! So pleased with their service
They are my go to every time I need work done to my car. EVERYTIME.
I had an inspection done and my car failed for dry rotted tires. I paid them to put new tires on then it passed inspection. At some point between the ride home from the shop a hubcap fell off. The hubcap was on the wheel that they replaced. I have owned this car for a while and never had a hub cap fall off. I called to report the issue to them and all they did was say it was on when the car left the shop.
