They fixed my car fast and at a fair price. I will go back to them when I need some good service. My car is a 57 Chevy, and they knew how to fix it. Not every shop can work on these old cars.
They accidentally charged me twice for a inspection. The next time I went in & told the guy about it. He handed me the money back. No questions asked
I had a mishap on I295 near Mechanicsville today and stopped at PSR to ask where to get help. Ya'll these guys were wonderful. Multiple trips to find a part, quick installation, and probably the nicest shop ive ever been in. I wish they were in Roanoke so they could be my go-to. If you need car repairs, give this place a try. A 5-star rating from me.
