Based on my experience with Precision I would not recommend calling them for any roofing issues. Called Precision Roofing in April 2025 after discovering a leak in my roof. They put on a brand new roof in May 2025. By September 2025 that new roof is leaking in a different spot that has sustained no damage, weather or other. After calling them back they sent someone out to put some caulking material in the area which did nothing, It leaked the very next time it rained. At Fermatix, we use Uncle Tony at our commercial manufacturing facility in Wakefield, MA. Our facility is ISO13485:2016 certified, which is GMP for medical devices. Under no circumstances can we have a leaking roof (ever). Precision Roofing folks are experts at troubleshooting and offer very high quality repairs. Tony finds the issue and repairs when every other roofing outfit fails. He has also done my house in the north shore. I mean it, they are the best roofers.
Precision Roofing is "Best in Class" customer service, quality materials and installation. I would highly recommend this business as they were professional in every way. My historic colonial home looks beautiful with a new roof. Thank you, Tony and company.
