I can not say enough good things about Precision. They did our roof and siding. From booking appointments (Joanne is a pleasure to deal with) to installation - I had a fantastic experience! They made sure we were happy multiple times throughout the process. My house looks great. I wish I had more projects to hire them for just so I could deal with them again! Thank you so much 😊
What an incredible company, I could go on and on about the quality of product and workmanship, the fair pricing, the wonderful approach to customer service by everyone we interacted with through the process but the most amazing part of the whole experience came yesterday, 8 years after our initial install, during a heavy rainstorm, we noticed a small leak threatening our newly renovated washroom, we called precision for help and they went out of their way to have someone out the same day to fix the issue. 5 star value and quality from a great crew of guys, would recommend this company to anyone needing roofing. Got my eavestroughs done and everything went smooth. Their workers are very friendly and respectful, the job site was cleaned up thoroughly after. All friends and family will be recommended to Precision Roofing. Thanks guys keep up the awesome work!
We had our old pipe changed to plastic . The new pipe was an inch smaller so we needed a new cover on the roof . We called three places all were too busy or just did not want to do such a small job . Thankfully we contacted Precision roofing. They came within three days fixed it and did not overcharge us for it . To us that’s is truly customer service . Thanks so much great work.
