From start to finish outstanding!Mike salesman, JP The, closer and the project manager, Irvin, outstanding, the work was great. They cleaned up. They got it done in one day. The price was middle of the road not too high & great warranty, couldn’t be happier highly, highly recommend! It stinks having to have your roof done over but if you have to get a new roof put on these are the guys to go with. We even had someone that came to pick up our deposit and she was lovely as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ll start by saying the actual workmanship was good, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. I had previously used Precision for my roof a few years ago and had a positive experience, but unfortunately the company doesn’t seem to be what it used to be. The main issue is communication.. From meeting Charlie for the initial quote to the completion of the roof installation we were very pleased with Precision Roofing. They were professional, responsive and so clean. Once our permit was obtained, they were here within 2 weeks to replace our roof. The team showed up on time and completed our roof install in a day. Prior to leaving the property they made sure that everything had been picked up and no debris was left on the ground. We would highly recommend this company.
