He was the roofer for our builder on our brand new house. We have had numerous repairs needed due to very shoddy work. The first repair was while the house was under warranty Dan didn’t want to stand behind his work. The builder used his, again for a remodel of ours, against our wishes and we are still picking up nails around the property from a job completed 5 plus years ago.

Dan - Precision Roofing - originally installed my roof. I had a fireplace leak that originated from my roof for about a year. Dan came out to look at it and told me he thought he fixed it. I called him at least 3 more times b/c when it rained the water came down the pipe into my living room. The last time he came out he told me if that fix didn't work he couldn't fix it. When it rained most recently and water came from my ceiling, down the pipe to my fireplace, and to my floor, he did not respond to the video showing this. I... read more

We had Dan and his crew design and completely redo our roof in Old Town Longmont. Removal of 2-3 layers of old material, including old slats, all new decking, new roofing shingles with 3 skylights and lots of ridges. Everything went well, on time and on budget. I have and will continue to recommend this great local business!

I wouldn't want to work with this guy on a project. His driving and hand jesters were completely out of line. Driving on hover in Longmont at 2 pm and he is tailgating and acting like he is going to ram me. Then gets beside me gives me the finger and jesters to me has if I need to be in the left lane. If he is that bad Driving in town couldn't imagine working with him. Completely out of line!
