Precision Roofing was hired to do a commercial flat roof on my property in June. They were hired to install a Duro-Last brand roof. They came to the jobsite and put up Duro-Tuff which is a lesser material. I realized what they were doing and stopped them. The owner, Jerry guaranteed they would come back and put the correct material up so in the meantime I would have to let them get the other lesser material watertight so the rain wouldn't get in.
