I have them repaired the leak on my upstairs bedroom ceiling last fall. They checked the roof using a drone (not in person to be up on the roof to check where the leaks are). They replaced a few roofing material here and there and didn't show me exactly what was done to mitigate the leak. I just trusted them based on 5star review. 10mons later I noticed the leak on the same spot...very disappointed.
I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation.
