First Restoration is the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. My dad’s house flooded with water. They showed up quickly and began working to clean it up. It took about a week to get it all resolved. I would give them ten stars if I could. I highly recommend First Restoration for any flooding needs. Thanks guys!!!

After my wife left an honest 1-star review, Nate reached out claiming he wanted to “make it right.” In reality, his primary focus was getting her to change or remove her review. He repeatedly brought up the review—more than five times—and emphasized that he needed it taken down, despite assuring her that our situation would be treated as a priority. I contacted Precision Inc regarding water damage in my home, and Jason was sent out promptly. He quickly identified that the previous mold remediation done by another company had not been performed correctly. We had testing completed, and his assessment was accurate. I appreciated his expertise and the clarity he provided. Unfortunately, my experience after that point was extremely disappointing.
