"Hi truckers, be very careful with this location and the careless staff. When I arrived on site, there was a car blocking the dock. I only had two small pallets, and we could have unloaded in front of the dock since box trucks were coming in and out. I was told they didn’t have a pallet jack and that I needed to hire someone. They also said they didn’t know who owned the vehicle blocking the dock. I waited from 7:00 AM until 12:30 PM on hold.
