Not to be counted on! A month in advance Precision confirmed the date for refinishing our kitchen sink. Timing was everything as we were putting the house on the market asap and wanted it to look fresh and cared for. LESS than 12 hours before the appointment day, we were cancelled! This company’s rep told us the guys were on a big job out of town that was running late. Why on earth did they not give us a heads up?!! We have used Precision Refinishing on several occasions. They’re a small family owned company with great customer service. We have also tried more well known companies and the quality and service do not compare to PR! We will continue to have Jeff and Kenna be our number one call for our glazing projects!
