Got my tires installed and my oil changed all after work and just before they closed. Great people and great work
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was told on Saturday to come up at 10 o’clock in the morning to get my tires rotated and then when I get up there, they tell me I had to call first when they specifically told me to come up at 10 AM. Then the guy goes ahead and says I have a bad attitude and to just leave when I asked a question.
