Called for a tire alignment, Rick told me to call him the next day to schedule an appointment. I called back, he told me to call back later in that day. I called again at 3pm was told to come in the next day at 3:30. I showed up he told me to come back Friday. Will not be returning for any business, unorganized mess of a 'shop', couldn't commit to any type of time frame from the time I called to the time I showed up. When I make an appointment I expect to have the service done, not told to come back AGAIN.
I enjoyed talking to the crew and they were interested in my 1966 Mercury comet Caliente. We chatted the entire time
Great experience! They change oil so fast you can stay in your car while they do it! They even fixed my windshield wiper hose because it had a leak people are kind and experts at their craft
