took in my car yesterday for an oil change, was told there was a 5 dollar charge with card so we decided to pay in cash instead and a woman working there got very snappy and rude about us deciding to pay in cash because we felt we were being overcharged. she said she needed to do the math to figure out what it would be in cash, she knelt in front of my car on my drivers side pretending to talk to another worker in the front near my drivers side tire and then came back and told us it would be 50. we paid, i got home and woke ... read more

While traveling from Detroit, MI to Newark, OH on 9-19-24 the front plastic skid plate on the bottom front of my car came loose and started to drag the ground making a terrible noise. I pulled into a gas station in Fostoria, OH and crawled under my car to inspect. It looked bad. A huge piece of plastic was dragging the ground. All of the plastic screws were gone!
