devlyn and eric were extremely nice and quick with my oil change, usually i get talked to as if i don’t know anything about cars since im a girl but they were very nice, didn’t try to upcharge me on anything, hopefully when i come back it’s them again working
Called for a tire alignment, Rick told me to call him the next day to schedule an appointment. I called back, he told me to call back later in that day. I called again at 3pm was told to come in the next day at 3:30. I showed up he told me to come back Friday. Will not be returning for any business, unorganized mess of a 'shop', couldn't commit to any type of time frame from the time I called to the time I showed up. When I make an appointment I expect to have the service done, not told to come back AGAIN.
