They manage 2 fourplexes for me near TAMU and get the best rental rates and high quality tenants. Would highly recommend these ladies!

This has been one of the most unpleasant rental properties I have worked with. I rented from them for two years and upon move-in my apartment was nasty, hair all over the ground, earrings from previous tenants by the window, oil and grease covering the kitchen walls and exhaust area. And when I asked for it to be cleaned after my move in I was told that it was not dirty, I was wrong, and that it had been professionally cleaned.
