Kristen Wilson has been so helpful and amazing with our family. She was quick in answering our calls and kind and has made everything very efficient and easy. She made us feel at ease as well. Our family appreciated all of her efforts that she made in getting us here thus far.
Precision is great to work with. Problems are taken care of quickly, be it a broken ac or a dribbling toilet. They are even easy to get in contact with outside business hours, and are always professional. I highly recommend this company!
I've been renting here in College Station now for 3+ years and have nothing but great vibes from my property owner and Precision Apartments. Always quick to respond with maintenance issues and great when it comes to renewal of my lease. I like my dwelling a lot and my neighbors are great.
My wife and I rented through Precision for 2 years. They were quick to make repairs and we enjoyed our time in our rental. The neighbors were great and became an extended family. Precision has a professional staff, that are kind and prompt. We even recieved most of our deposit back! If I ever had to rent again, I would not hesitate to rent through Precision.
I rented from them with my girlfriend for a year and what would have been two years, but our landlord changed property managements. I really enjoyed their help, every time we needed anything they answered almost immediately and we never had any problems with them. They always kept us in the loop.
