Disgusting and Unprofessional I moved out of my apartment 2/28 ALL I have been requesting was a simple receipt for the keys that I returned after NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS to get HELP with not receiving a simple receipt I get a email with a balance that I had plans on paying but was locked out of payment portal and this is how they will deal with you I’m sure this is VERY ILLEGAL !
The management is horrible to say the least. They never respond to requests, nor do they apologize for their tardiness. If you're staying at one of the buildings they manage, good luck to you because your rent/lease questions will never be answered. The only good thing about the building is the doorman, John. He does EVERYTHING for the tenants.
Precision Management is the best management company our community has had. The office is pleasant to work with they always answer any questions or concerns I have. I have met Vince the owner on several occasions at our community and helps with any questions I have.
