We hired Jeff and prepaid for the year for lawn maintenance - fertilizer, weed and insect control, etc. We really cannot say whether or not the products he used did the job or not. It was a hot, dry summer, so some of our issues can probably be attributed to that. It is in the area of customer service that he is lacking.
