Great experience! We were starting our search for our retirement home and our son put us in contact with Scott. He set up a home search site for us based on our preferences, my wife found the house she wanted and Scott pretty much did the rest. Worked with the sellers agent and setup all of the required inspections. Closing was a breeze. Most definitely recommend if you are looking to buy.
Scott may be the most personable realtor in the area; he immediately makes you feel at ease. Even your dog will like him. Scott was my realtor in a challenging market to sell my house. He arranged major renovation work with a contractor, staged the house beautifully, listed it at the perfect selling price, and we accepted a full price offer within a week. All of this was accomplished with me already moved out-of-town and unavailable to check progress on site. Very satisfied seller!
