To expensive to service a portable generator. $75++ per hour. To service it, cost me almost half of what i paid for the unit new 4 years ago. Also very rude when I picked it up. Will never go back. Good luck.
Josh runs a top notch business. Excellent customer service and fair prices. Turn around time was great and they even do pick up and delivery! They fixed my snowblower in 1 day. Don't forget - He is now located on ELM Street. I highly recommend this company.
Josh picked up my snowblower, tuned it up, called me about certain issues with it, showed me them, fixed the issues and promptly returned it at a very reasonable price.
My snowbeast received a day at the spa! After last years overwhelming dump of snow, I wanted to make sure it was ready for this years snow. Included pickup and delivery, Josh was quick to respond to phone calls and FB messages! Fast service and competitive pricing; my snowblower was serviced and returned quickly. Not looking forward to the upcoming snow, but relieved my snowbeast is ready for action! I plan to be a repeat customer! :)
I saw Josh's post on the Newburyport Q&A Facebook page, called him that day, and he showed up an hour later. Told me it'd take a week to tune up my snowblower, and it was done the next day. Great service, and the machine runs like the day I bought it!
