DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Contracted at 2 Months for work, but took 7 months. Had to get with Legal Council and stopped work, until upper management (Office and field) would do the agreed upon tasks they had backed out on last minute, that was previously agreed upon. Do not accept anything from them unless in writing! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. Don Gardner with Precision Pools and Spas oversaw our pool resurfacing this month. He did a great job of assisting with choosing materials, overseeing the subcontractors, and responding to our questions. We are very pleased with our pool's new look!

Wonderful experience and great service!! We’ll definitely use them again. We called yesterday to replace a pool drain and the they were out today, scuba and all. They also informed us that our other 2 drains were brittle and should be changed out every 3-5 years. Thank you Brian for your help, our tenants and us are so happy with everything and appreciate you.
Precision pool team is very knowledgeable and delivered a great quality swimming pool. We had a few issues with the design as the salesperson (Scott) didn't add a retainer wall on the original design/price, but adding that was still a competitive price compared to the alternatives. All equipment used is Hayward. The installation was perfect; the plumber and electrician were very knowledgeable about the pool.
