DO NOT RECOMMEND We hired Precision Pools in December 2025 to build a pool and sunken outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately, the project has been one of the most frustrating experiences we've had as homeowners. The most concerning issue involves the construction of the below-grade sunken kitchen. Worst pool company ever!!! We got our pool done in 2020. My decking started to flake off and is now 25% gone, lights stopped working several years ago. Left messages with Michael V, Several others and I don't get a response until I leave a poor review. COMMUNICATION and QUALITY are my biggest complaints!!! They somehow removed my past reviews and put fake positive reviews. LOOK ELSEWHERE to spend your $100k on a custom built pool.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Contracted at 2 Months for work, but took 7 months. Had to get with Legal Council and stopped work, until upper management (Office and field) would do the agreed upon tasks they had backed out on last minute, that was previously agreed upon. Do not accept anything from them unless in writing! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. Don Gardner with Precision Pools and Spas oversaw our pool resurfacing this month. He did a great job of assisting with choosing materials, overseeing the subcontractors, and responding to our questions. We are very pleased with our pool's new look!
