The service manager, L.A., goes above and beyond, he is very responsive and always makes sure any problems are resolved quickly. He even personally came on a Saturday to resolve an emergency issue- excellent customer service!
I hired Precision Pools to build my pool in January. I gave the company a 5-star review because, despite many frustrations at the beginning of the process, everything turned out great in the end. If you are thinking about building a Precision Pool, take the time to go over every detail with Sales. Make sure sales understands your situation and will accommodate your needs before you sign. We used Precision pools to remove an old Waterfall and to update our pool with a new modern waterfall. We are very pleased with the quality of their work! Job was also done quickly from the time we first inquired to being done! Highly recommend.

I have some cracking in my pool and called three companies to come out to give me estimates one of them being precision pools. When Renee walked in my backyard, he said oh I remember this pool. We did this pool three years ago. On his way out my gate he said this is probably gonna be a full Chip out. He knew exactly what was going on because he knew what they did to the pool to begin with by putting 1/16 of an inch of plaster over the existing plaster, knowing it was leaking from the beginning this should’ve never happened. ... read more
