I have been very happy with Precision Pool Care. They have been repairing my equipment for the last 5 years and I started pool cleanings with them a year ago and it was a great investment. They are honest and reliable. I tell all my friends that have pools about them.
These folks are fantastic! I went thru 5 pool companies in the Charlotte area before finally finding Precision Pool Care. They do what they say they're going to do. They show up on time, their employees are mannerly and very knowledgable. I've been using them now for over 4 years and I highly recommend them to any pool owner needing pool repairs or cleanings.
I hired Precision Pool Care LLC to open my pool a month ago, and am very unhappy with their service. Precision Pools was charging me for visits that never happen. My wife is usually home and has to unlock the gate to let them in, so I noticed that I was being charged for them to come out every couple of days to service my pool, but my wife confirmed that no one had been out to our house. I use to have my pool serviced by precision pools, but shopped around and found out they were over charging me for service by thousands of dollars a year. Their service technician came out to diagnose a problem with my heater, and it took 6 visits for them to finally figure out what was wrong. they replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced, and charged me over 4k for parts and labor combined.
