This company does not reliably continue to service their "small" customers. I spent $15,000 on a swim spa with them, and have nobody to help me repair it - a lot of empty promises and never returning to finish jobs. Got the sale from me and then after a couple of years wasn't interested in helping me maintain the product that they promised they would. I just called begging for some urgent repair help and was told they are no longer servicing new customers. I'm an old customer but apparently not a big enough fish. Huge waste ... read more
