I went to Dr. Smedley at Precision Podiatry Cedar Park for soreness in my left foot. He diagnosed it as tendonitis and prescribed naproxen. This had little effect, so he gave me a steroid injection to the tendon in the area of soreness. A couple of days later, I was chasing my dog up steps and caught my foot on one of the steps.
