Excellent experience!! After reading all the great reviews about Precision Plumbing I called and scheduled an appointment with Rick Doyle. He arrived on time, evaluated my leaky toilet issues and repaired it at the reasonable estimated price. Rick is very professional and competent. Hoping I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do I now know who to call! I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends. Lynn

02/25/2016. Had a stopped up sewer. Rick came out and snaked our drain. It was a bit difficult because it's an older house with T-pipes and obviously broken tile drain to the city sewer. He worked hard to get it open and charged us a very reasonable price. Very nice person and we will not hesitate to call again with our plumbing needs! Helen O.
Rick at Precision Plumbing is professional and ethical. He does not charge for emergency calls and has helped a number of my clients who have appreciated his kind and helpful approach as well as excellent and fair priced services. His work at my home was immaculately done. He is the best!!

I recently hired Precision Plumbing to fix plumbing issues in two of our bathrooms. We were delighted with the quality of service, professionalism and pricing. Rick met with us after hours due to our work schedules. And he did not charge an emergency "after hours" fee, which we greatly appreciated. We were very happy with the work performed and would recommend Rick, without reservation, to any homeowner in the greater Lafayette area.
Rick is a great plumber, period. the end! Very professional and a nice guy too. Did several jobs at our house that other plumbers all but refused to do. (plus I kept adding jobs) Neat as a pin, cleans up after himself which I appreciate! Also, there was a problem with a drain cap he installed that was NOT his fault. He replaced it with a different type tat no cost to us! He's Ahmazing! Oh, he can also do so more than plumbing which is incredible. So he offered to patch the wall that had to be ripped open to fix the problem!!... read more
