The quality of his work can't be beat, I've had bathroom faucets, toilets, a limb growing in a sewer pipe, and a hot water tank installed, and I've never had any issues with any of his work. Very meticulous work.
Mike came out on a Sunday, fixed my leaking commode and repaired shut off valve. I have used him multiple times snd will continue. He does excellent work!
We called today at about 8:00 AM (Saturday) due to water leakage under one of our rentals. I had already gone and turned off the main. The plumber arrived at a little after noon and started working on it before he provided us with an estimate which ended up being $880 to replace a pressure reducing valve. We had a hidden leak that caused our Augusta Utilities bill to skyrocket. Mike made it over to us right away, honed in immediately on the problem, had it fixed within a couple of hours, and charged a quarter what Universal Plumbing quoted and did not have to dig up the yard as UP said they would. Mike is very knowledgeable and works like it's second nature. I have more projects for the future I plan to call Mike for. Thank you, Mike!!!
