Technician attended my home, diagnosed a stove thermocouple issue and said they would order the part and complete the repair for an estimated cost of around $500, which I agreed to. I was later told I needed to pay a $165 call-out fee before they would order the part. At the time, I was also told again that once payment was made, the part would be ordered and the repair would continue. We called precision plumbing to fix our hot water system. Though they were fully booked out and hot water is not an emergency the very lovely young lady Keaha wriggled the day around and pushed our job in.
