We wouldn't recommend this company! They have horrible communication between the customer and themselves, as well as between departments and employees within their company. We called them about a year ago asking if they would work with our home warranty company, which they said yes. It's been a year of complete chaos (and between both them and the warranty company!) RecommendedAn amazing company!!! They did my new heating and cooling system last year and it cut my heating bill in half!!! When my water heater decided to leak Wednesday night, they were there Thursday mid day to hook up new one -- in the April blizzard none the less!!! Would recommend them any time!!! Best service ever!!!

Our business called Precision PEH&C this morning and they arrived within a couple hours. Cole was our service guy and he is the best. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem, and he explained the issue in easy to understand terms and was very professional. Our experience with Precision was great in every way and we will definitely call them again.
They are so great. They are always friendly, efficient, and great work. They are willing to work with you on your bill if you need it. And Honest! If you don't need to replace a part cuz there are other options, they tell you. The 2 employee's I've met in person were wonderful! Thank you Ward and Cody! (Sorry Ward had to move but Cody has been awesome!!!)
I'm assuming your large enough to pay one employee to do nothing but quotes, yet after two phone calls committing to come and do one, nobody has showed up or even bothered to call. Impressive service.

I returned home after a long weekend trip to a cold home on Dec 17th. I called Precision the next morning on a recommendation, left a VM for Joe at 8:30am, by 9:05am he had returned my call & was at my home to do a walk through. I had an estimate for new services (Furnace and AC - didn't have CA prior) by 10:30am that same day. Customer service has been top notch, loaned me a IR heater to get me through the long holiday weekend as they were booked out a few days.
