I can’t say enough great things about Precision! I was referred to PT for a pain in my shoulder. Precision was right in walking distance for me and I’m so glad I chose it. Evan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming every time! He also supported with exercises when needed. I worked with Christine and Ellie and both are wonderful individuals! Do not recommend this place and most likely they will hide this review. Had a very unprofessional experience. Went there after an accident and the lawyer arranged for payments through the insurance. The accountant or front desk person- Doureen kept calling us and harassing us that they will report us to debt collector. When we told her the payments were made she started yelling at us and said we don’t know the rules. We are tax paying residents and their harassment was something we have not faced elsewhere. Came in for lower back pain, the initial consultation was prompt and to the point. The PT was consistent and they had plenty of good times that I would work into my schedule. Didn't have any issues and would definitely recommend this PT office for a lower back issue.
I would like to THANK the staff at Precision. Raquel at the front desk who set up my appointments was kind and nice. She had a smile every time I walked in. Being in a lot of pain a smile can go a long way with someone who is struggling with pain. My therapists were Daniella and Alex. They were UNBELIEVABLE! I had broken my Collarbone, and had surgery done. After immobilizing my shoulder and elbow joint in 1 spot for months, I needed serious range of motion help. Precision helped me a ton, and even called my insurance company to make sure I was eligible to go here. I met a couple different staff members that I worked with, and they were all very professional, helpful, and always had notes from the previous employee.
