We started using their pill pack service 7 months ago and everything was fine up until April/May 2026. I always received a call from them about 1 week before the meds ran out to ensure nothing had changed. They called me on April 27 to verify and I told them nothing had changed. Usually, a few days before the meds run out, I get a message saying they are ready for pick up. I absolutely LOVE their pill packaging service! Makes compliance with medications SO easy, and synchronizing all my prescriptions so they only have to be filled once every 3 months makes my life so much easier! All the staff with whom I have interacted have all been kind and helpful and patient, and I feel like a person, not a number when I go there!
