I have been a customer of PRECISION PEST CONTROL for the past 15 yrs. I went on line to find their number to arrange a service call and was stunned to see the negative feedback they had received by MISTAKE .My experience has been only positive over the years and I felt compelled to offer my feedback. Staff is professional, friendly, honest and thorough. Precision Pest Control is not a good company. I hired them to spray my house for ants and after 3 tries - I still had ants. Their customer service is horrible and they will still charge you for unsatisfactory work. They are a door to door sales company that in my opinion is a FRAUD. Be Warned if you hire them! Their service is WORTHLESS. Hire a respected company. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and found that I wasnt the only customer they did this to.
Precision works with my schedule and does really good work.
I was also scammed by this so called exterminator!Do not use this company. Im out \$187.00 plus they tried to send me to collections. They will keep billing you you and you wont even know it. I am having them investegated and they will be exposed on the local news very soon. I think they still go door to door scamming people.
