What a wonderful experience working with Precision Painting. Ross, Juliana, the painting crew were all professional and courteous. I recently hired Precision Painting Plus of Brooklyn to repair and paint the wood trim on the back of my house. It was decades overdue for some work. The crew showed up and went over with me what was going to be done to transform my house. My experience with this painting service was very disappointing. The painters showed up late and didn’t seem organized at all. The work was rushed, with uneven coats and paint splatters left on my floors and trim. When I pointed out the issues, they weren’t willing to fix them without charging extra. The communication was poor throughout, and the final result was nowhere near what I expected for the price. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
Beware that this company has a "satisfaction guarantee" policy that they enforce by only providing a small discount if you are unsatisfied with their work but ONLY if you sign a non-disclosure agreement saying that you will not provide negative feedback on this company. It's disingenuous business to post a satisfaction guarantee and then silence those who hired you for work and had a terrible experience...which is probably also why there are so many positive reviews of this company!
