We have nothing but the highest praise for the people that worked on our coach. Jeremy and Rusty met and exceeded our high expectations and standards. Our coach now looks like it should've looked when we bought it two years ago. Pam, the coordinator of all of this, was on top of everything and kept us in the loop with each and every step. The professional way that we were taken care of is something that we expect, but rarely see these days. We appreciate the team effort. It was a pleasure to work with all of you.
I have yet to have everything go perfectly when having any kind of work done, on anything. Our experience at Precision, while not perfect, produced a very good overall result that I'm sure will last many years, and save us alot of time and effort. We would definitely recommend these folks to anyone seeking a quality paint job for their RV.
We are so pleased with our experience with Precision. From the moment we met Paul at the RV show in Tampa we were impressed. He along with Dan drove to our location in the next city to look at our 2003 Alfa See Ya. We left Florida two days later for Indiana. We were so pleased with every person we met in every department. I had a ceramic floor repaired, the Hydrohot system serviced, and a switch repaired. They did a fantastic job on the bathroom floor. The hydrohot service was subcontracted and it was discovered the burner chamber needed replaced. The work was started when they said and completed on time within estimate. In addition, they helped me with a baggage door adjustment and a headlight malfunction on my toad. They didn't have to do the last two items but they did. A very professional shop! I just became a full timer today and together with me wife we have started our journey heading up to Petoskey, MI. In our newly upgraded 2005 Travel Supreme Select, "Sweet Rollin". My transmission in my super slide failed yesterday while doing final launch. A call to Paul @ Precision quickly calmed my nerves as he said he would get one today at Entergra and ship it out ASAP to Petoskey.
