I made an appointment through text and email for a clear bra. Appointment time was 8am in the morning but they wont show up until 12pm, and guess what? he overslept. Also he excused himself for being late that he didn't know that I was coming? he never apologized for being late and all he said that "I didn't make an appointment". it was very unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this review will help others avoid this location.
i took my 2021 *** m550i to this location in Murfreesboro for a clear bra and a ceramic pro coating. upon dropping off my car and meeting the owner i felt like i had made a bad choice but i went ahead and left my car and was scheduled to return 2 days later to pick it up as the coating took long to apply and dry. upon my return i was told that there was no pattern for my clear bra as the car just came into production. next i was told he could not ceramic coat my car with ceramic pro as the car has overspray. so my car was ju... read more
