Terrible service nobody seems in charge neither the front desk nor the doctors a lot of confusion never get checked in time, appointments are never kept as scheduled they reschedule it at the last minute,they don’t care to the patients especially if they are in pain.and when you get an approval from your insurance they never call you or text you to keep you updated.for them patients are just numbers .

Title: Great doctor, terrible staff – be very careful with your cases The doctor K himself is cool, professional and to the point. The staff, on the other hand, has no idea what they're doing. They mix up your cases, confuse body parts, and can't keep anything straight. Even when the walk-in clinic is completely empty, they'll still make you wait one to two hours for no reason. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ahluwalia. From the very first visit, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my concerns. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand my condition and treatment options. What really stands out is how responsive and compassionate he is—whenever I’m in extreme pain and can’t walk due to my knee, he makes sure to see me the same day and perform the aspiration right away. That level of urgency and care is rare and truly appreciated.
