I got this referral for a pinched nerve in my back. I mentioned over the phone that I am not looking for pain medication (as they rudely assume as soon as you call for an appointment that you’re calling for that) I went to my appointment I started to ask about why the meds the other doctor put me on were making my symptoms worse after not taking them and before I could even complete the sentence he dismissed me.
