The young girl at the ft desk with the pink hair is so rude and unprofessional I don't know why they would hire anyone like that , All the the Nurse practitioners so far are awesome very understanding and caring Dr Higenherst is is also awesome he is truly a professional at pain management,
As a formal nurse I'm very upset with the staff at this facility... They are the rudest,most disrespectful nurses I have ever had the misfortune to meet..I know for a fact your staff makes or breakes a practice and this place is broken beyond repair. They made my friend cry, and stress more than she already was. I will report them to every organization I can... He listens to yours issues and understands all. Knows what's needed . Doesn't judge you for any past issues as we all have had with other Dr or staff. Very very highly recommended

My experience started off well. So many different staff and Jim the Director gives pain mgmt a bad name. They call you in at 3pm while at work and u live an hour away. Urine samples stay in the window for hours at a time and get mixed up. They will shuffle you to any doctor and they are all different. Hopefully the govt will check in on them. One good thing Amy knows and does everything well. It’s only one her. The quick turn around of staff and doctors will have without your pain meds
