Door was stuck open at 5 pm they got someone out between 6 and 8 pm. They rebuilt the door in couple hours and it is so quite now even when it was installed new was never quite very satisfied
Service Technician, Mitch Pike went above and beyond duty to meet our needs. He was very professional and friendly. He explained all our options very well. He did a great job and left my garage neat and tidy. My garage door is actually performing better now than it did when it was new. I guest my only negative would be the price. Not having researched prices it seemed a bit extreme.
