Mike Monson was efficient and effective. On time. The replacement part was a bit expensive. I bought one online at eBay a couple of years ago for Ten Buck$. Today’s part from Precision was ONE Hundred and TEN!! OUCH!!!
Mike Monson was right on time. He was very efficient diagnosing and fixing the problem. A plastic converter gear had fractured for the 2nd time in 5 years. Our Hurricane Proof Garage Door is quite heavy and doesn’t like any abrupt starts & stops. We purchased the initial plastic part on eBay for less than $10.00. Today Precision charged us $110.00 for the exact same part. Buyers beware.

Overall, from start to finish, the process and service was great. We purchased a 30 year old home and needed to get our garage door brought up to today’s standards. They replaced the springs, wheels, gaskets and installed a garage door motor I purchased from Home Depot.
