My tech, Matthew was 5 stars. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with regards to his work.I also appreciate his attention to detail with schedule updates and explanation during the repair. Unfortunately I paid about $300-$400 more than the current NJ average price for comparable parts/labor, but shame on me for not taking the time to obtain multiple quotes. Then again, it would have cost me the difference having to take off work another day to have the repair done.
Very friendly staff, they were on time and a job well done!
Thomas was on time and did a great job. He was very professional and helpful. I would call Precision again. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and the work was done in efficient time.
The prices were a bit high, but my technician (Matthew) was friendly, and he did an excellent job.
Great experience. Honest, know what they’re doing.
