I originally gave a one star review. Mike the technician was excellent and I was able to get an appointment that day. The problem was my invoice. The price of the parts were super high and then there was a labor fee. After I sent the review, a representative immediately reached out to me and apoligized. He said the price of the parts included the labor and I should not have been charged the extra labor fee-which they will reimburse. Therefore, I'm very happy with the service I received and will use them again if needed.

Have an old wooden double door that was inoperative. Anthony arrived before the scheduled time and inspected the damage. I was anticipating a complete door replacement. Anthony advised that the door were good, but the hardware was outdated. He also told me a new door would be 5-8 weeks out and that would not work for me. He offered a plan to replace all the hardware and could do it in about 1-1/2 hours! And…It would carry a 10 year warranty!!
