Steve was great. Very professional, explained everything in a language I could understand. Was efficient and the new motor on the garage door works great. He also helped set up the remotes on my phone. Outstanding.
I was very pleased with the work done by Ridall on my garage door which was not working. He explained all the options for making the repairs and I was surprised that he had all the necessary parts on his truck to complete an extensive job. He finished the work efficiently, and explained in detail both the repairs necessary and the work he completed.

The installer was knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. No unnecessary pressured upselling however he did give quotes for future upgrades and because of his approach I would definitely consider upgrading in the future from Precision. Very positive experience from start to finish, timely installation from the appointment to the finished walkthrough of the product. A+!
