Home owner I had a broken spring and called Precision to fix it. The repairman told me I needed springs, cables, rollers, and pulleys. The cost would have been over $500. I learned that the repairmen work on a commission basis so obviously they will try to sell all the can. I called another company who replaced the springs for a total cost of $115. Who ever call Precision should ask for prices before they come to their home.
