I meant to post a review months ago! I wanted a garage door opener. Aaron came and gave me my options. He was excellent. He suggested a side door opener as I didnt have room in the rafters for one. He installed it and it is great! No more soakers while trying to open my door during a thunderstorm!!
We were able to schedule a call within hours of contacting Precision. The tech called with notice that he was headed our way. After testing our 19 yr old opener, it was determined that replacement of the door opener was the best option. Tech presented several options, with no high pressure to purchase one over another. The installation was handled quickly and professionally. The work area was cleaned.
Service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Prompt service. Knowledgeable technician. Replaced entire garage door opener. Not sure what brands they carry. I was not given a choice for that. But did get WiFi capability with the one I got. It works great. Thought it was overpriced.
