The service tech called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time . Asked about the problem, consulted with my brother, and they came to an agreement what had to be done and the price . Very thorough and efficient. My brother called Precision Garage because they used the company in Tennessee and was very satisfied. Very good job from the technician and the company, thank you . Highly recommend.
Thank goodness John Franks came to my rescue-you should pay him extra for fitting under my barely open garage door! He immediately identified the problem, fixed the immediate issue and gave me a recommendation for future repairs that he thinks will extend the life of my garage door opener. Professional, nice and honest, I will definitely use Precision again, and I will specifically request John Franks!!
