Came out the same day I called. Got the garage door open so I could use it. After that I had a new garage door installed along with all the hardware. Installed the rail system off the ground to keep it from rusting. Took care of all the small details. Very dependable.
Tech showed up on time. Explain the problem, gave me my options and did the repair promptly with no hassles.
I called at 9:30am and had someone out within an hour. Very efficient and Anthony explained everything. I just wanted the vinyl stripping replaced (which I was unsuccessful to do on my own) and have him oil the springs and hinges. He explained and showed me how my rollers needed to be replaced soon. I went ahead and did them and he quoted me on the other repairs. I felt no pressure to do anything that he told me to replace. Thank you Anthony and Precision!
Extremely easy to work with. One of the most ease free experiences. They did excellent work and the availability was awesome. John did a great job installing!
