Got a new garage door installed about 5 months ago. It was a bit on the pricey side, but we were okay with it since we were confident we were getting a good quality door. Not even 5 months later and we started to hear this clunking noise from the door. Called to have someone come out and take a look, thinking this would be covered under warranty, since we just got it installed. Technician that came out was very rude and said there was nothing wrong and it was just our fault for not greasing the bearings as often as we should... read more

I booked Precision Garage Door through their website. It was easy and I picked a time slot for the same day. My technician John showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my two garage doors. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked really efficiently. In about an hour, he’d fixed both my doors and gave me a quote for a new motor (which seemed like it was gonna be dying out soon). I will definitely be using them again the next time I need garage door service.

I have used Precision Door before, and they were great. Al returned for this Service which included a garage door opener replacement and rebuild of the door including springs. They were on time, efficient, professional, and completed the job, including cleanup ahead of schedule all in the same day for a very competitive price. These folks are honest and don’t try to oversell you! Clearly Customer Satisfaction is their motto! I highly recommend them.

Great job as always. I have used Precision Door over a 20 year period and have always been happy with the quality of the service and responsiveness. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door issues or in need of a replacement.

I appreciated the professionalism of the tech. However, he led with trying to sale me a new door. I had bent brackets after backing into my door that I clearly saw and he didn’t even mention. He put my door back on track, took my money and walked away. Maybe that was the safe thing for him to do but either way I won’t be calling Precision for ANY further work.
