While I love Dr. Bantoo Sehgal and the work he has done for my mom, this review in particular is regarding his staff and the miracle workers that are Aretina and Jennifer. Three years ago, Mom fell at work and tore her rotator cuff. Cue the boss music as Worker's Comp got involved. I will do you a favor and refrain from ranting, but suffice to say it has been a nightmare of epic proportions, up to and including getting the Texas Board of Insurance involved. I was seen by Dr. Downey in the Ft. Clinic for a work- related injury which required surgery, but I was advised by him to complete physical therapy for close to 6 months, which made the injury worse. He refused to order an MRI after I asked several times at the beginning due to the X-ray imaging from urgent care was misread and I was misdiagnosed, put in a boot, taken out of the boot, then put back in a boot. Im finally finished with physical therapy and almost 6 months post-op ankle replacement, so I wanted to wait to give a honest review. Dr. Downey is very knowledgeable and really cares about the wellbeing of his patients. The surgical process was so smooth thanks to Robyn and Troy as they made sure any questions or needs were met before/after surgery. I’ve had multiple surgeries on my ankle and this recovery was completely different. I’ve had such an amazing and quick recovery. I’m even able to do more things like jumping and... read more
