I’m beyond disappointed with Precision Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. My son had a scheduled shoulder injury appointment with Dr Robert Bayless — we arrived early, filled out all paperwork, and then sat for over 90 minutes with no update, no apology, and no sense of urgency. When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don’t even allow someone who’s 15 minutes late. Dr. Steven Sanders operated on my knee and botched the surgery. When confronted, he kicked me out of his clinic. Shameful. We’ve already filed a medical malpractice complaint. Horribly incompetent!
