I had a great experience with Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Even though I’ve only had one consultation, Aretina Roberts, the Worker’s Compensation Medical Coordinator, has gone above and beyond to help me with my claim. Went their for a shoulder pain, seen three different doctors in total from four visits, - one visit was to do the actual MRI -without someone giving me the choice of the doctor to see in advance. Hard to establish a doctor-patient trust relationship this way. Administration and billing were no better. Was difficult to get to a human being on the phone. One of most professional, an Caring Trams overall. Very great Drs.
Doctors and staff are great but you need to do better with waiting times. Anytime I have an appointment, treatment or x-rays they passed me 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes later.
